The Massive Potential Of Online Gaming
Online gaming is big business. More than 11 million North Americans hold monthly subscriptions to play online games, representing a market worth over $1 billion annually. The most recent statistics show that around 20 million people play Xbox Live – the most common games’ console for online gaming – spending more than 17 billion hours online combined. This equates to around 2 hours of online gaming for every person on the planet. Further, in the last year the online gaming industry has grown by 10%, and the number of people aged over 13 years of age playing video games increased by 6 billion in the same time period. All in all, the online gaming market is worth more than $15 billion to the economy.
With the gaming industry’s defiance of the economic depression and continued predictions of growth, the time seems right for the introduction of potentially the most revolutionary concept in the online gaming industry yet. For the first time, a company is seeking to combine online gaming with Multi-level marketing, and literally give players the opportunity to become professional gamers. Their propaganda espouses wild promises of giving up your day-job and making millions by sitting at home and playing computer games with your friends all day. But just who is this company that could make the dreams of millions of gamers come true?
There name is FantaZ.
What Is FantaZ Online Gaming?
FantaZ (pronounced Fantazee) is billed as ‘The ultimate gaming destination’. It offers a combination of fun, free games and more serious, high-stake competitions. The difference between FantaZ and any other subscription gaming site is that it doesn’t only offer the chance to play games and win prizes, but it also offers gamers the chance to turn it into their own business.
How Does FantaZ Work?
FantaZ is essentially a betting site, or an online gaming casino, but with the important difference that players compete in skill games and not games of chance. The more money you put into the business, the more money you could potentially get out, but it relies on a number of factors, including not only your gaming ability, but the abilities of your friends. The way it works is this:
As a player you can earn cash prizes in the same way as you could at a casino, only instead of chance you bet on the outcome of video games in which you compete against either your friends, or other users online. The amount you want to bet is up to you, but naturally the more you bet the greater the stakes. You can also enter tournaments which have a ‘buy-in’ requirement which varies from tournament to tournament.
But aside from just winning or losing money in the games, you can also earn money in other ways. For every game you play you earn Personal Tournament Points (PTV) based on your performance in the game. These are then translated into additional earnings at the end of each month. The points you receive are based on the buy-in level of the game. For example, each game is rated for PTV with each dollar of the buy-in representing between 0.20 and 1.33 points. If you buy-in for $10, this means the game is worth between 2.00 and 13.33 PTV, depending on your performance in it. Each point can be redeemed for $0.30, so if you buy-in for $100 and your opponent buys in for $100, the pot stands at $200. If you then win scoring 1.33 points per dollar, you will win the pot (minus FantaZ’s cut of the money), as well as earning 133 PTV which can be redeemed for extra money at the end of the month. At a rate of $0.30 per point, 133 PTV would earn you an additional $39.90. If you won 10 games at this level in a month you would earn $399.00 on top of your already considerable prize money.
As well as this you can supplement your income by earning commissions and bonuses by enrolling as a ZBO – A FantaZ Business Owner. Your role as a ZBO is to market and promote the site, and recruit people into your downline just like in a standard MLM company. You then receive commissions based on the online success of your downline. Every player receives points for their performance online, and these points are translated into cash at the end of the month. For every dollar deposited you can earn between 0.20 and 1.33 points, depending on your success. As a ZBO you receive 10% commission on all the points earned by everyone in your downline. Confused? Read on.
Here’s a quick example to make it clearer. If you recruit 50 people into the business, and each one of them bets $100 per-month on FantaZ games, that is a total of $5000 bet by your entire downline in that month. Even if every single person in your downline has achieved the lowest possible score in all of their games, they will still get the minimum points value for their dollar, which is 0.20. To find out your points total you multiply 0.20 by $5000 and you have scored 1000 points that month. You earn commission on 10% of that, so you earn commission on 100 points.
When cashing in points, every point is worth $0.30. So to find out your total earnings in a month you would multiply $0.30 by 100 points, making $30. This may seem very meagre but remember, this is just an example, and is based on every single player in your downline achieving the worst possible scores in the online games.
If all 50 people in your downline achieve the maximum scores possible, then you would multiply 1.33 points by $5000, which is 6650 points. You earn commission based on 10% of this, so you would multiply 665 by $0.30, and would therefore have earned $200 per month.
If you have a downline of 500 people, and each bet $1000, you could earn up to $2000 commission on your downline alone. This is simply residual income, and does not count the money you will make online yourself by competing in prize-games, or the bonuses you will receive when you get further up the ladder.
Potentially, the rewards of FantaZ are huge, but equally the dangers are very high.
How Risky Is FantaZ?
Think of it like professional poker. The top poker players in the world compete for pots worth millions of dollars, and live a millionaire lifestyle. If you are bad at poker, however, or enter games where the stakes are too high for you, you could end up in serious financial difficulties. FantaZ attempts to combat these dangers by giving you the safety net of bonus commissions from your downline, however they will not be enough to cover considerable losses unless you have a large and committed pool of players under you.
Is FantaZ Online Gambling Illegal?
In most American states it is not illegal to gamble on online games, provided they are considered to be ‘skill games’. All FantaZ games meet the requirements of being skill-based, and therefore fall in line with constitutional law. While anyone over the age of 15 can participate in the fun, free games, all betting games are subject to local gambling age-restrictions. In states where playing skill games for money is illegal, FantaZ’s advanced software blocks the gamer from becoming involved in a money-game. FantaZ has assurances from some of the country’s top attorneys that it is legal and legitimate.
The Truth About FantaZ
So the truth is this: whether you are winning or losing all your games with FantaZ, the key to remaining financially viable is having a strong and active downline. Being able to add hundreds of people into your business will either take your winnings into the stratosphere, or at the very least offset some of your more considerable losses. FantaZ is a high-risk venture, which requires not only skills as a gamer, but also considerable skills as a businessperson.
Like all high-risk enterprises though, the potential rewards could be life-changing.
