Team National promises members fabulous savings in 20 different industries. You receive factory direct pricing, which is effectively cutting out the middle man between the consumer and company. Members receive discounts on everyday products that they would be buying anyway, such as toiletries. Sounds amazing right?! Perhaps; but perhaps it is not as good as it seems.

Team National Memberships
Team National offers two different types of memberships: 2 years, or lifetime. The 2 year membership will cost approximately $899, whilst lifetime membership will cost roughly $2,199 . Unlike other MLMs, Team National does not require you to make a minimum monthly purchase. You don’t have to commit to any offers or deals- if it doesn’t appeal to you, you don’t use it.
Team National And Saving Money
A question that regularly pops up is: is the membership worth it? Do you actually save enough to make the membership package a viable option? Some reports claim that with Team National, you can save up to 50% on everyday items. Being with Team National also saves the consumer time searching for bargains, as their savings are in one convenient place.
However, critics are slating the so called savings offered by Team National. Critics are saying that many of the savings offered by Team National are not worth paying for as they are not exclusive, and are available to the public. So some of the deals that you have paid $2,199 to receive are also available to Jimmy who hasn’t paid a single penny to take advantage of this offer.
You might be able to get the same, or cheaper prices by simply shopping around. You might be able to get the same products a lot cheaper from various online dealers, such as eBay and amazon. The company themselves might offer a different deal that is actually better and more suited to your needs. For example, through Team National you could be offered one night at a 5* hotel for 50% off advertised price, which is a great bargain. However, if you went direct to the hotel’s website, you might see an offer for 50% off one night’s stay, including dinner and a bottle of champagne on arrival.
What the consumer might find is that they end up buying products and services they normally wouldn’t, in order to benefit from the savings and make the most out of their membership. For instance, Joe has no intention of buying a new computer, but when he sees that, as a Team National member, he will receive a 25% discount on the latest model, he is suddenly interested. So, because Joe is exposed to these amazing discounts, he has spent roughly $300. Joe will, of course, think that this is a bargain because he has received his 25% off, and his $899 membership has not been such a waste of money.
The two year membership is difficult to justify. If you think about it, you’re not really saving money at all, unless you save more than the cost of a membership, that is. For instance, a television costs $150, but as a Team National member you only pay $100, saving $50. But, you’ve not actually saving money. To get this discount, you’ve spent $899, so in effect a television that should have cost you $150, has cost you $999. To make the 2 year membership worthwhile, you would need to ensure that your total discounts (all your 50% off, $10 off retail price, etc) totalled more than $899. Even if your total savings are $950, then you’ve only actually saved $51.
If you stick to small, low cost items, such as $5 toothpaste, you may only save $1.50 with each purchase. You would need to buy a large quantity in order to make any actual savings. Bigger items, such as a car may make it easier to regain those savings, as you could save hundreds of dollars through Team National. The price of the lifetime membership is probably easier to recuperate in savings, as you have the rest of your life to use it.

Do You Really Save Money With Team National?
Well, you may indeed save money being a Team National member, but perhaps you could have made these savings anyway without paying for a membership fee. Members might struggle to save any money with the two year membership due to the limited time frame. The lifetime membership could be worthwhile, as you have a longer period of time to embrace the savings on offer.
Is Team National worth it? That’s for you to decide.
